Savaunah (Moody) Hill

Ms. Savaunah M. Moody-Hill was born on January 14, 19  in Gadsden, AL. to Mr. James L. Moody Sr. and Mrs. Mary L. Moody.

She confessed her faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Galilee Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor G.E. Robinson Sr. She later joined Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Earl Dudley where she was a dedicated member.

She was full of life. She didn't meet a stranger. She loved playing cards and Board games, ultimately having a good time with family and friends. She loved shopping, cooking, and dogs. She had a huge heart. She loved to send care-packages to her loved ones. She is proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers. Savaunah departed this life on September 6, 2021.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, two sons; Phillip Moody Sr. and Christopher (Kamyla) Hill Sr.; Six Grandsons, Jaylin Timmons, Phillip Moody Jr., Jalen Moody, Christopher Hill Jr., Christian (Jayce) Hill. One Granddaughter, Chrisaria Hill, whom she affectionately called baby girl. One sister, Ethel L. Sturdivant; One brother, James L. Moody Jr. Whom she called Old Man. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews and a loving circle of friends.
