Nikeesa Sheree Chapple was born the second child to Mr. Howard Lewis and Cynthia Yvonne Chapple on June 3, 1971, in Gadsden, Alabama. She received Christ under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Terry A. Jones at Abundant Life Church.
Nikeesa received her formal education in the Gadsden Public School System where she earned her high school diploma from Litchfield High School, class of 1990. She furthered her education at Gadsden State Community College and received an associate’s degree in cosmetology. Nikeesa had a passion for doing hair and was a people person who enjoyed being around family and friends. She was very loving and caring. Nikeesa was a faithful member of Abundant Life Church, serving on the missionary team, an usher, and a part of the singles ministry. She worked for Enrestoration for many years and also for the school system. Nikeesa battled with cancer for quite some time and, on May 1, 2020, she gained her wings.
