Lessie R. Adair

Mrs. Lessie R. Adair was born the first child of Mr. Charlie Adair and Dora D. Adair on November 4, 1937.

Lessie received her formal education in the public school system. Later in life, Lessie gave birth to her son, William Adair, Sr.

During most of her working life, she worked at Midsouth Inc. In her spare time, she loved fishing, spending time with her grandchildren, and taking care of her plants.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Mr. Charlie Adair and Mrs. Dora D. Adair.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving and devoted son, Mr. William Adair, Sr., of Gadsden, AL; sister, Ms. Estella Glover; brother, Larry Adair, Sr.; daughters-in-law,
Ms. Eula Mae and Mrs. Anita Cameron-Adair; grandchildren, William Adair, Jr., Randy Adair, and Verniatina Adair-Williams; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Bryson, Za’Riyah, Za’Kari, Randi, and Yiannis; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
