Kristopher “Big Hurt” Yow Jr. was born October 25, 2000 to Kristopher Yow Sr. and Sumika Woods.
He confessed his life to Christ and was baptized at Sweet Home United Methodist Church.
Despite what Kris was doing, his education was a top priority. He attended AP classes and always brought home A's on his report cards. Kris was a very intelligent and smart young man that graduated high school with honors and was planning to attend college. He was kind, respectful, hard working, and loved his family and friends unconditionally. Protecting and caring for his family was always very important to him.
Kris was called home on Thursday, July 2, 2020. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Ms. Elaine Yow and great uncle Joe Sims.
His memories will be cherished by his father Kristopher Yow Sr.; his beautiful mother Sumika Woods; wonderful grandparents Stanley and Clara Woods, Terry Yow, Anthony Williams; three brothers: Alex Ragland, K'Rysiax Yow, Ka'Dyn Yow; three sisters: Kalexiya Yow, Madisyn Baker, K'yrell Yow; one uncle: Terry Yow Jr.; two aunts: Latera (Anthony) Woods, La'Esa (Akia) Washington; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
