Demestress “Mickey” Jackson was born on February 2, 1992, to Ms. Stacie D. Jackson and Mr. Kenneth E. Smith Jr. of Piedmont, Alabama. He gave his life to Christ at an early age. He
went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2023. Jackson is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lula Mae Smith; Aunt, Annette Ammons; brother, Jarvis Woodruff: special loved one, Stephanie Pope.
Mr. Demestress Jackson graduated from Piedmont High School in 2011 where he obtained a State Championship in Football and Wrestling. He continued his education and football career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Alabama State University.
