Deborah Orgovan-Dowdell, age 40, of Gadsden, Al. Passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018. Memorial service to be held at 1p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Greg Bledsoe, officiating. She was preceded in death by her Father Freddie Lee Orgovan; grandparents, Frank(Mary) Orgovan and James(Juanita) Blanks. She leaves to cherish her memories two children; Son, Scott Owen Dowdell III of Rhode Island; Daughter, Hailey Elizabeth Raine Rasco of Gadsden, Al.; Mother, Mary Lynn Orgovan; Brother, James Frank Orgovan; Step-mother, Kathy Orgovan; Two nephews, Micheal Orgovan and Cameron Rasco; Niece, Madison Rasco; She leaves a host of relatives and friends.
