Christian Joel Otwell

Christian Joel Otwell, 27, of Gadsden, Alabama passed away on February 19, 2025 due to a sudden and unexpected heart attack. Christian was born on September 16, 1997 to William Otwell and Tina Otwell in Gadsden, Alabama. He is survived by his mother, father, fiancé, stepson, sister, brothers, friends, and family. Christian placed a significant amount of his time here on family, regardless of blood relations, and would always make sure that those around him knew how loved they were and that life should not be taken for granted. Christian was devoted to ensuring that his fiancé and stepson were always taken care of and never had to worry about any of the struggles that might come their way. 

Christian was the ASM at Take Five in Gadsden, Alabama. He loved his job and was always dedicated and strived to be a good role model to his crew members, providing a good example and always trying to motivate them in any and every way possible. Christian always enjoyed spending time with those around him. Christian especially loved creating memories with his loved ones on the game or through grabbing a bite to eat. Whether it was playing Marvel Rivals from all hours of the day and night or singing and goofing around the whole hour ride to the closest Wingstop, Christian would never have turned down a chance to spend cherished moments with his family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at The Venue in Gadsden, Alabama on March 2, 2025 from 1pm to 3pm. Please join us to celebrate the life of Christian Joel Otwell; Christian would have loved to see all those around him gathered together and depending on each other during this time.
