Mrs. Bonnie Sue Mostiller was born the first child of Mr. Amos Arnell Green and Mrs. Earlene Cothren-Green on December 18, 1939. She received Christ under the leadership of Reverend Walker at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Attalla, Al. She met and married John Mostiller and to this union were born four children.
Bonnie or Mrs. Bonnie as many of her family members and dear friends called her, was a very humble, meek, and kind person. She greeted and treated everyone with a warm smile. Mrs. Bonnie was educated at Norris High School in Attalla, Al. She married the love of her life John (Ham) Mostiller at an early age. She worked most of her adult life at Spring Valley Poultry Processing Plant, now Tyson Foods, for thirty-nine years where she retired with honor. She sincerely loved her children unconditionally as they sacrificially loved her. In her spare time, she loved helping people.
She is preceded in death by her husband John Mostiller Jr. and son Johny Bruce Mostiller; parents Mr. Amos Owen Green and Mrs. Earlene Cothren Green; brothers Donald Green, Marvin Green, James Henry Green, Carl Green O.C. Green, Hayward Arnel Green, Samuel Lee Green,; and sister Elizabeth Ann Green.
Bonnie leaves to cherish her memories two very devoted daughters: Ms. Elouise Mostiller and Ms. Caroline Mostiller both of Gadsden, Al and one son Mr. Donnie Mostiller of Tuscaloosa, Al; brother Amos William Green; sister Mary Ella (Reverend Preston) Nix; sisters-in-law Mrs. Doris Ragland-Green and Mrs. Linda Thompson Green; One loving and adorable, devoted grandson Tyler Mostiller and Mr. Donnell Horton; two great-grand daughters Yacia Horton and Jordan Horton; and a host of nieces , nephews, other relatives, and very devoted friends.
